Whipped Cottage Cheese Dip with Honey and Pistachios
Smooth, delicious and lactose-free, this whipped cottage cheese dip is the ultimate spring picnic delight. With its creamy texture and gorgeous honeyed pistachio topping, it’s easy to make and made to please.

Ingredients
For the Whipped Cottage Cheese Dip
3 cups LACTAID® Cottage Cheese
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Other Tools: Blender or food processor
For the Topping
3 teaspoons chopped pistachios
2 tablespoons honey (for drizzle)
For Serving
4 cups total of blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and green grapes
1/2 cup pretzels
3 sheets of graham crackers
Directions
For the Whipped Cottage Cheese Dip
Add LACTAID® Cottage Cheese, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor. Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until completely smooth and creamy.
Transfer the whipped dip to a serving bowl (approximately 3-cup capacity).
For the Topping
Use the back of a spoon to create soft swirls on the surface. Sprinkle 3 teaspoons chopped pistachios over the center and drizzle 2 tablespoons of honey evenly over the top.
For the Assembly
Place the bowl of dip on a serving board or large plate. Arrange the fresh fruit, pretzels, and graham cracker pieces around the dip.
Serve immediately.
